GETTING TO ROME

Rome is easily accessible from major cities around the world, and

we can’t wait to welcome you there!

The main airport is Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO), also known as Rome Fiumicino. It is the largest airport in Italy and the most convenient option for international travelers.

For those flying within Europe, Ciampino Airport (CIA) is a smaller alternative, primarily serving budget airlines.

GETTING TO THE CITY

From Fiumicino Airport (FCO), you can reach the city center in

about 35-45 minutes by:

Private Transfer or Taxi – Taxis have a flat rate of €50 to central Rome. Private transfers can be arranged for a seamless arrival. Please contact either Herff Travel

Leonardo Express Train – A direct train to Roma Termini (the central station) takes about 32 minutes (€14 per person).

Rideshare Apps & Shuttles – Uber is available in Rome, but taxis tend to be more reliable. Shuttle services are also available.

From Ciampino Airport (CIA), the city center is about 30 minutes by taxi or shuttle bus.
